1. Do you take trades and what if I still owe money on my trade?
Yes, most of our sales include a trade. Having a payoff on your trade is no problem. Most vehicles are traded in before they are paid off.
2. Do you finance?
Yes, we have many lenders that we work with from local banks and credit unions to national lenders , some of our local credit unions are First Commonwealth FCU and Members 1st FCU. We handle the entire loan process right here so its one stop shopping. Our lenders get back to us quickly , normally in less then 1 hour.
3. Where do your vehicles come from?
Our late model Mayo Certified inventory are one owner off lease vehicles that we select from the manufacturers as they come off lease . Each and every vehicle is hand selected by us , only the lowest mileage and the cleanest condition inventory make it onto our lot. Once we have these one owner vehicles on our lot they go through a thorough 100 Point Certification process where we go over the car top to bottom making sure everything is working 100% as well as all maintenance is up to date and newly PA inspected. Then a final detail .
4. Do your vehicles come with a warranty?
Yes, our Mayo Certified inventory all carry the balance of the manufacturers factory warranty . On most vehicles this is a 5 year or 60,000 mile powertrain warranty , even longer on some brands. We also include a 3 month or 3000 mile bumper to bumper warranty as part of our Mayo Certified warranty. On most of our older trades we include a 3 month or 3000 mile powertrain warranty.
5. What do I do about titling and registering my new vehicle?
If you are a resident of PA we handle all of the tax, title and registration right here, you do not have to do anything. We are a full agent for the state of PA . If you reside outside of PA we issue you a 30 day temporary plate , this allows you to drive the car for 30 days , giving you time to register it in your own state.
